The US Army wore blue denim clothing as their work uniform before World War Two, and was then eventually replaced by the green HBT uniform.

This reproduction hat has been manufactured from a 'slub yarn' creating an 11 ounce denim that is produced on original US shuttle looms. Finished with a subdued wash for a true vintage patina.
